A client reached out to us with the desire to take a personal project to the next level. She was a massage therapist from Kherson who, after moving to Kyiv, decided to create a studio with soul—a place where massage becomes more than just a service. The project was named “Pivden” (South)—a symbol of warmth, openness, and a sense of home. It is rooted in personal experience, values, and a commitment to sustainable development. Our task was to build a comprehensive online presence: from developing a visual style to launching a user-friendly website with all necessary integrations. The main goals were to attract new clients, expand beyond social media, prepare the brand for scaling, and automate daily processes. We had to create not just a beautiful product, but one that works, delivers results, and resonates with the audience.

We started with the brand identity. Creating the logo, color palette, typography, custom graphics, and animations. Then we designed the website, responsive, lightweight, and modular. Visually, it feels calm and breathable. Pastel colors, soft structure, subtle drag and drop interactions on the first screen. Every element was designed to make users feel trust and comfort from the very first second. At the same time, we produced photo content, designed the Instagram feed in a consistent style, and created printed materials and signage. The entire identity became unified across every touchpoint. Instagram, website, Telegram, and outdoor advertising. Beyond the visuals and structure, we also handled the technical side. An SEO-focused blog, automatic article publishing to Telegram, CRM integration with Integrica, and SMS reminders for clients. The business owner received a complete ecosystem where bookings, reminders, and communication work seamlessly with minimal effort on her side.
