Jobmix is a project we built from the ground up as a nationwide job platform for the Ukrainian market, with a clear business goal in mind. Helping employers fill vacancies faster, while giving candidates a cleaner and more relevant job search experience without unnecessary noise. In a market where most job platforms look and feel the same, often overwhelming users with cluttered interfaces and endless information, it was important to create a product that instantly feels trustworthy, easy to navigate, and naturally organized. A platform where everything feels exactly where it should be.

We handled the entire design cycle. From user flows and platform structure to the logo, brand colors, UI kit, and a complete design system built for future growth and scalability. The main focus was balancing the experience for two different audiences, candidates and employers, making the platform equally intuitive for job searching and vacancy management. Additionally, at the client’s request, we implemented responsive front end development for the designed layouts, ensuring the platform works seamlessly across different screen sizes while maintaining a polished experience on mobile devices.
