Pivden is a massage studio in Kyiv founded by a practitioner from Kherson after relocating to the capital. She wanted to create more than just a treatment room—she envisioned a cozy space with a special atmosphere where care for people is felt in every detail. The studio's name became a symbol of warmth, openness, and a sense of home, with the brand rooted in personal experience, core values, and a commitment to growing the business for years to come. Our task was to build a comprehensive online presence for the brand, develop its visual identity, and design a modern website with all the necessary integrations. The primary goal was to attract new clients, expand beyond social media, prepare the business for scaling, and automate daily operations. We aimed to create not just a beautiful product, but an effective tool that drives business growth and builds trust from the very first glance.

Process

We started with the brand identity, creating a logo, color palette, typography, stylized graphics, and animations. Next, we developed a responsive, lightweight, and modular website that feels airy thanks to pastel colors, a soft layout, and effortless interactions right from the hero section. Every element is designed to evoke trust and calm from the very first second. In parallel, we prepared photo content, aligned the Instagram feed with the unified style, and designed print materials and signage to ensure the brand identity remains consistent across every touchpoint—from the website and Instagram to Telegram and outdoor advertising. Beyond visuals and structure, we took care of the technical side: an SEO-optimized blog, automated post publishing to Telegram, Integrica CRM integration, and SMS reminders for clients. The owner received a complete ecosystem for running the studio daily, where booking, reminders, and client updates operate seamlessly with minimal effort on her part.
