What we have done
Do Metals B.V. is a Dutch company engaged in buying and selling metal for businesses. We have been cooperating with the client for a long time, developing their digital products. Following the launch of the corporate website, the next step was redesigning the mobile app. We updated the business logic, simplified the interaction with the metal catalog, and added new features based on user feedback.
Process
The primary users of the app are entrepreneurs, contractors, auto repair shops, and construction companies that need to find up-to-date information quickly. We restructured the catalog, simplified navigation, and made the interface more intuitive. We also developed an API that allows all metals and prices to be updated in one place and automatically displayed on the website. Additionally, we implemented personal accounts with custom pricing and a push notification system for critical updates.
Result
As a result, Do Metals received a modern mobile application that unified pricing management, customer relations, and communication in one place. The app became faster, more convenient, and easier to use, while all complex technical processes remained seamless for users. For us, this project has become another prime example of how long-term collaboration helps create digital products that evolve alongside the business.
